We are interviewing for an MA to join our team at Youthful Solutions MediSpa and Wellness in Cedar Park, TX.
Overview and Job Duties:
Wellness Services: 90% of your time.
Work closely with Dr. Smith and Taylor, our nurse practitioner, to provide high-quality care to our Medical Weight Loss and BioTE Hormone patients.
Be familiar and ability to master BioTE hormone and weight loss medications including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, the indications, contraindications, expectations, and side effects.
Assist providers with new patient consultations and existing patient follow-ups, including vital signs and weights under the supervision of Dr Smith and with Taylor, according to the protocol or verbal order by Dr. Smith/Taylor
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner, phone triage, maintain patient flow, prepares patient rooms, interviews patients, take vital signs, document patient chart, administer injections, sterilize instruments, keeps rooms stocked, and calls in prescriptions and refills at the direction of the providers.
Aesthetic Services: 10% of your time.
Assist our team with patient workflow, photos, videos, preparing the treatment rooms, etc.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a medical assistant, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We require that you have graduated from a Medical Assistant program.
Experience working in a practice that does hormones and weight loss treatments and cosmetic injectables will provide you an advantage in the interview process.
