Digital Marketing Analyst

The Analyst, Digital Marketing for Driven Brands is a net new role that will support digital marketing efforts across the full portfolio of Driven Brands’ portfolio brand. This person will be responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing online user behavior, campaign performance, and overall lift from digital marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious, and forward-thinking team player with the ability to turn data into insightful stories. You’ll work with multiple brands in our portfolio to drive data-focused decision-making.

This person will help shape our strategy in:
Website behavior and user experience
Data collection and tag management needs
Standardization of digital reporting across brands and stakeholders
Implementation and optimization of web personalization
Data driven design for the web, including design and interpretation for multivariate and A/B testing
Enhancing our online-to-offline measurement capabilities
Activating highly targeted, measurable digital advertising through a Data Management Platform (DMP)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Track daily, weekly and monthly digital performance against goals and provide trend analysis
Develop and deliver dashboards to management teams
Own the configuration of our website analytics platform and support the implementation of tagging and other tracking parameters to measure performance
Collaborate with CRM agency to track and measure email programs
Analyze website behavior to support user experience optimization efforts
Drive forward testing capabilities and testing measurement plans
Analyze cross-channel web impact of marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, Referral, CRM, and Direct traffic
Manage ROI Calculations and reporting
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business-related degree preferred)
4-6 years of digital analytics experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with web personalization tooling such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), or related tooling
Experience working with or alongside Data Management Platforms (DMPs) or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) a plus
Experience/certifications in digital ad platforms such as DCM, Search Ads 360, Facebook, etc a plus
Tableau or equivalent BI tool experience a plus
Experience or knowledge of Liveramp or data onboarding practices/tooling a plus
