Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Conduct minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Maintain facility grounds and exterior appearance
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
