Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to oversee our store operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Duties
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee inventory control procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in assistant manager roles is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
