Job Description

- Must Have NMLS License and DRE License in CA**
-Work remotely with your referrals and self-generated clients. Conference room availability in our Newport Beach office to meet with clients.
-Represent buyers/sellers and do the mortgage all under one roof.
-Option to work in another career and still help family and friends with their homes while earning big commission checks.
-No requirements to go into an office, but one is available for use with access to telephone, fax & scanning.**

- no micro managing.

Compensation
-Commission up to 100% *
-Make 8-10 times what call centers pay!

-Purchase, Refinance, Fannie/Freddie/FHA/VA/USDA/Jumbo, Bank statement, stated, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, low fico/credit repair, commercial, and hard money.

-Help to get licensed in other states or Realtor/Real Estate license.

File flow is easy
1. Price out your scenario and choose from the top 50 lenders, with Loan Sifter
2. Pull credit and send your file to Processing
3. Processing will generate disclosures for your borrower to sign
4. Processing will open title/escrow, order the appraisal, and submit the file
5. Work the conditions with Processing and your borrower
6. Help walk your borrower through the closing

Loans don't have to be difficult! Our Processors are here to help you and close quickly. They only get paid if the loans closes. *
