If so, Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is looking for a proactive, self-sufficient, and outgoing customer service representative to join our growing team of top-class experts in disaster restoration. You will be the first person our customers hear on the phone or see when they walk in the door. We need YOU to be the introduction to our company and make sure they know they are in good hands.
Your responsibilities will include managing new lead intake, answering phones and directing customers to the right team member while giving answers to general questions, as well as other office responsibilities. The right candidate will be able to take control of our lead intake and front desk operations while contributing to improving our processes and procedures.
Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment
Have transportation to and from the office
Be able to pass a drug and background check with clean results
Have excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Be willing to work additional hours, if needed, in order to serve our customers in times of need
Have an unwavering dedication to customer service
Construction and/or disaster restoration experience is a plus
Previous customer service/phone/office training is desirable
