Job Description:
Focus on customer satisfaction, technician quality services, and achieving company service objectives. Major responsibilities include:

Receiving customer phone requests for service.
Selecting and dispatching appropriate service technician.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers and technicians.
Ordering parts/tools from supply house for technicians.
Issuing computer generated purchase orders for technicians.
Processing monthly preventative maintenance reports.
Track contracts to ensure conformity to agreement.
Input technician labors hours to computer for payroll purposes.
Maintain all files of Service Contracts, Work Tickets, quoted jobs
Process weekly billing worksheets
Set up sold jobs/contracts assigned to the supervisors
Coordinates activities with Service Supervisors

Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer skills, particularly keyboard manipulation.
Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Some overtime is expected
Exposure to heating and air conditioning industry helpful but not necessary.
Purchasing Experience.
