Brief description of Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This professional will be working with the Development and Investment Team to lead the execution of development projects.

Key Accountabilities for this Role:
  • Manage third party construction contractors on company development projects
  • Manage consulting engineers, architects and various due diligence vendors
  • Work directly with Company Principals on municipal approvals
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
  • Coordination of tenants and delivery of premises for seamless project turnovers
  • Facilitate communication across company and external development team members
Knowledge, Experience, Education Requirements:
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software
  • Ability to read, interpret and discuss construction plans and specifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by relative industry experience
