EA’s Global Communications Group (GCG) Design Team’s mission is to ignite the imaginations of players through world-class design strategy and craftsmanship. We are a multidisciplinary creative team responsible for branding and visual identity, graphic design, and motion graphics. The Producer has a deep knowledge of creative production, project management, and program management across several mediums and multiple channels. This individual will tactically drive the day-to-day, in partnership with an Art Director, to craft our game’ design systems and develop content across our channels. Our design systems define brand identity standards to be used across all marketing and player touchpoints including email, paid media and the retail environment. This person knows how to traffic a large variety and volume of assets through a complex organization on often tight timelines. This role could manage one or more producers.

Responsibilities:
Act as day-to-day point of contact for multiple partners within the marketing and operational teams.
Manage one or more producers across multiple titles and channels.
Develop, maintain, and report out detailed project plans to cross functional leads that track progress, assign resource requirements, and capture risk/dependencies.
Track design requests and deadlines across multiple channels.
Monitor and direct the movement of all jobs through the creative development process; updating schedules and team members as required.
Set and meet deadlines, as well as prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Drive and manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies to address tactical issues and solve business challenges.
Collaborate with creatives to develop world-class design systems for brands and titles that support all marketing and promotional campaigns inclusive of print, digital, motion, and environmental. Design Systems include all art, logos, typography, color, graphic systems, and motion behaviors.
Present project plans, build schedules, and drive alignment with key stakeholders.
Partner with global team of producers and planners to share and manage workload and design team resources.
Oversee workflow of all projects from initiation through delivery.
Review work with design leaders to ensure highest standard of quality are met.
Analyze business challenges and develop creative solutions that are rooted in real insights.
Reinforce guidelines and processes with team members regarding process. Work to continually improve and optimize workflow and production solutions.
Fully own multiple projects ensuring design is delivered at the highest of quality, on time, and within budget.
Work in a hands-on environment that requires flexibility, imagination, a can-do attitude, a sense of fun, and the desire to learn and grow.
Works with team members to estimate project costs when needed.

Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in project management and/or producing within an internal creative department or design agency setting.
1-3 years of management experience
4-year college degree
Well versed in creative development processes.
Demonstrates flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, and finesse when handling the multiple and diverse demands of an extremely fast-paced player-facing environment.
Ability to develop, manage and negotiate production schedules to meet deadlines in a timely fashion.
Critical thinker with an ability to maneuver through a data-driven culture, translating consumer insights and campaign performance data into actionable steps for creative asset output
Best-in-class communication, organization and leadership skills.
Experience in working with internal design teams and/or external creative agencies.
Success in collaborating with internal cross-functional teams or the equivalent to identify and meet business goals.
Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Keen understanding of how consumers interact with brands across all marketing channels including retail, paid media, and social.
Experience launching a product or campaign within games, sports, entertainment, or a live service business.
Some experience managing and developing teams.
Familiarity with multiple design disciplines including graphic design, interactive design, motion design, illustration, and 3D modeling.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Keynote. Understanding of Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
PMP certification a plus.
