Things you’ll do:
Answer customer calls regarding their Vivint Internet accounts•
Troubleshoot with customers regarding a variety of systems
Manage customer accounts
Provide accurate and complete account information
Answering Billing, Account Creation, and NIS, Retentions and Cancellation questions + anything else we need done for the customer
