The Salesforce Business Analyst will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.

  • Facilitate and/or attend story mapping, customer journey sessions to understand the business needs.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies to work collaboratively with technology and product managers.
  • Develop and document process flows, Epics, and User Stories and ensure the stakeholders’ needs are adequately captured and tell the “story” which clearly articulate the business goals.
  • Document user stories for Salesforce and Marketo and which derive from multiple user groups, planning and coordination so that they are consistently implemented.
  • Maintain Salesforce data dictionary to ensure all fields and their usage are accurately defined.
  • Assist Salesforce users with any issues that arise as well as reacting to user feedback that is provided.
  • Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system so that they understand what is changing and prior to implementation.
  • Create and manage all advanced level Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Leverage excel and keen analytical skills to ensure data is clean and providing accurate business measurement and reporting.
  • Responsible for documentation related to systems functions and standard operation procedures.
  • Collaborate with Technology to test that product meets the business requirements.
  • Responsible for working with the business sponsors to analyze business requirements, providing technical expertise, and producing specifications for any new / change in applications.
Bachelor's degree
5 years experience in program management or IT Business Analytics

Experience using Jira
Experience working with Salesforce is required as a Subject Matter Expert of back end user/administrator
Strong and efficient experience with Excel
Must demonstrate exceptional written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Familiarity with documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies including Agile delivery models
Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
Proven examples of collaboration with business stakeholders
Experience using Agile methods to deliver software solutions
Technical expertise and the ability to coordinate the efforts of a variety of individuals and disciplines to achieve the desired results.
Understanding of project management methodology and experience with large, complex projects
Excellent management and interpersonal skills that allow the individual to effectively interact with all levels of management. Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
