We’re looking for a Customer Advocate who will be responsible for communicating with our customers, being empathetic to the issues they are facing, and selling them on using our endorsed local real estate agents. Since these agents are experts in real estate and the best in their area, we believe they are the best local resource for helping our customers with their real estate needs. We want to increase the number of people our real estate agents assist in buying or selling a home each year by facilitating the customer service process from beginning to end.
The Ideal Candidate is:
A team player with outstanding communication skills
Empathetic to the issues our customers are facing, and the ability to lead them to using our agent
Proactive and able to solve problems
A people person who loves listening and building rapport
Not afraid to ask probing questions
The ability to gather and document information/data quickly. Requires basic computer skills and typing mastery.
A tenacious and resilient demeanor.
An innate hunger for growth.
A mentality that feedback is priceless.
Flexibility with change- we are constantly improving technology and processes, and the ability to pivot is crucial.
Key Result Areas:
You must be comfortable making outgoing calls and emails throughout the day.
For new clients, explain the real estate process while soft-selling and being a champion for our agents.
For clients who have used our agents, discuss and document their experiences (i.e. what was done well and what needs improvement).
For clients who did not use our agents, discuss and document why and what we can do to improve the process.
