Position Summary:The Food and Beverage Coordinator reports to both Directors of Food & Beverage at the Cox Business Center and the BOK Center. Primary responsibilities include financial reporting for the Food & Beverage Department for both buildings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for daily sales reporting including reconciling events and building event flash packets.
Collects necessary paperwork from department managers and is responsible for their reporting accuracy to Finance.
Manages F&B event-related accounting processes
Attend in-house event-related meetings and relays changes immediately to finance department.
Completes all required reports in a timely manner for Finance Department to review.
Maintain tax filings, health permit renewals and liquor license renewals for both buildings
Reconcile non-profit commissions and ensures accounting receives proper paperwork.
Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the food and beverage operations and to SMG Food and Beverage Division.
Complete monthly BEO logs for the Finance Department by the 5th of each month
Process concession vouchers and drink ticket orders for events in both buildings
Participate in training and conference calls regarding the Point of Sale system to stay informed on system updates and report needs.
Act in a support capacity for other department managers as events require.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
Results oriented individual.
Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks independently with little to no supervision.
Excellent computer skills to include Excel and Word
Able to work irregular hours as dictated by event schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
This position requires minimal stooping and lifting. Substantial walking and manual dexterity to operate office equipment such as a computer is required
Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.
Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.
Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
Minimum Education & Experience
Minimum of two (years) industry-related experience preferred.
