Spiral Path Farm attends farmers markets in the metro DC area (Silver Spring and Bethesda). We are seeking an individual to assist at our market on Saturdays at the Silver Spring Freshfarm Farm Market from April 22nd through December 16th. Duties include helping to set up, sell, and pack up from farmers markets.
Essential Skills Required:

Dependabilty in arriving on time and every Saturday
Pay: $120/Farmers’ Market (average of $20/hr.)
Hours:
6.5 Hours per week during the season (April through December)
Market hours: Saturday (7:00 am to 1:30pm)
Spiral Path Farm is a 300-acre diversified organic vegetable farm dedicated to growing the healthiest vegetables possible while enhancing the soil. For over 25 years we have believed that vibrant soils produce the best tasting and healthiest vegetables. We currently sell our vegetables through Wegmans supermarkets, our CSA, and farmers markets in the DC metro area. Spiral Path Farm has built a dedicated team of employees that share our vision and are the backbone of our success. Peak season we have approximately 60 employees, over half of which are local. We are seeking to further build our team with a motivated individual that shares in our mission and can help deliver our vegetables.
