Drive successful and timely orchestration of our telehealth software platform (including web, iOS, Android, kiosks, cart-based products) to ensure customer success.
Create a strong and unifying presence both within the technology organization as well as the with the business stakeholders and the Executive team, assuming broad accountability for succesful platform delivery.
Particpate in customer-facing dialog to understand and synthesize customer requirements.
Articulate commitments and delivery dates to internal stakeholders and customers, effectively prioritize and execute against timelines in a fast paced, agile environment
10+ years related experience along with a track record of delivering platform solutions for a broad set of customers and consumers
Proficient strategic thinking, leadership skills, and relationship management
Successful track record of coordination of Enterprise software products with distributed, multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to understand and articulate technical and business strategy, ensuring goals are aligned to broader strategic objectives
Experience in Healthcare Technology or Telehealth preferred, but not required
Masters Degree in related field preferred.
