Warranty Administrator

Full-time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform administrative work as needed or assigned
  • Evaluate SN's for field modification status and warranty coverage
  • Track and advise customers of manufacturer's required maintenance and schedule work
  • Repair order close out and explain completed work and all charges to customers if needed
  • Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Settle conflicts and disputes over work performed and cost disputes
  • Maintain & coordinate training records for all technicians for manufacturer requirements
  • Approve and submit all warranty and extended warranty claims
  • Function as the dealerships liaison between the manufacturers representative on all warranty related issues
  • Reconcile warranty, extended warranty
