Parkside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation at Ellijay facility is currently looking for experience Registered Nurses to join our team.
Weekly Pay!
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform infection control procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Utilize PCC or similar electronic health record system for documentation and charting
- Provide education to patients and their families on family planning, health promotion, and disease prevention
- Assist with airway management for patients requiring respiratory support
- Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth transition of care for patients
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; master's degree preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Nursing Home setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or similar platforms
