Our office in Davie, Florida is looking for a self‐driven, autonomous and ambitious Business Analyst with the ability and willingness to learn Bankers Healthcare Group’s business processes. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial lending industry working with automation and business systems. A Business Analyst is the bridge between the front end business and the technology solutions for them.
About the Job:
Will work extensively with business end-users to identify and formally gather and document business requirements for existing and new business application initiatives
Will search for issues within business processes to make them more efficient
Will document detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional technologies.
Function as liaison between information systems group, vendors and other departments, as needed
Responsible for creating stories in stories, roadmaps, sprint schedules in JIRA.
Will need to host grooming sessions with peers and assigned developers.
Will be implementing and configuring different business systems through the use of UI’s, API’s, and Microservices.
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration or other similar quantitative field
Demonstrate proficiency in writing Business processes & procedures documentation.
Must possess a highly logical and analytical mindset
A firm understanding of the agile methodology
Must be able to multitask and learn quickly
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to interpret requests and give quality results in a timely manner
Project Coordination/Management experience is a must.
