This position is responsible for supporting the financial analysis processes to improve business operations through implementation of new business concepts and procedures. Responsibilities include developing and promoting revenue enhancing/expense management concepts and processes in support of company-wide Business Partners for special program development, tracking and reporting.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as driving force behind the Fulfillment Center (FC) planning and forecasting processes to ensure accurate, consistent and timely information for organizational and strategic planning.
Prepare and analyze periodic reporting for Fulfillment Center (FC) Warehouse expenses, and TR Direct. Will require travel to North Jackson, OH up to once per week on average.
Analyzes and identifies new metrics of key performance indicators, and educates teammates of practical implications to impact bottom line performance.
Prepares, reviews, and challenges the actual, forecast, and plan trends and assumptions at the aggregate level and challenges the respective cross-functional teammates. Focus on optimization of the expense structure.
Responsible for the FC Holiday production reporting and analysis.
Will support Corporate planning including: Annual Profit Plan, Capital Plan, Strategic Plan, Monthly/Quarterly Forecasts.
Conducts value-added analysis of aggregate reports to drive financial performance, ensuring the organization's current and future strategies/investments are maximizing bottom-line profits.
Analyzes current financial reports and recommends improvements and enhancements to streamline financial analysis operations.
Support Innovation Initiative reporting and analysis.
Prepares various ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Finance and/or Accounting required.
1-3 years financial planning, analysis and/or accounting experience preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting impact and big picture business operations.
Solid PC experience - must be proficient in Excel, database knowledge a plus and with experience in financial systems and querying tools.
