Provide technical support to employees for PC issues resulting from PC migration to Windows 10. Work closely with customer to ensure data is transferred to a cloud-based storage prior to imaging PC and recovering the data after imaging is complete. Keep comprehensive accurate records of work completed. Perform general maintenance tasks and resolves issues quickly. Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. May assist training customers on new options and process associated with Windows 10. May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
