CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Assistant Facilities Project Manager to support the Facilities Market in our Boston, MA or Concord, MA or Norwell, MA office locations.

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

Support proposal development and marketing efforts in growing the market.
Participate in client meetings and coordinate project delivery.
Support negotiations with owners, architects, and engineers on land development and renovation projects.
Work with technical design groups in overseeing quality of deliverables.
Provide financial management and oversight throughout the life of a project(s) including: schedule, budget control, negotiation of additional services, invoicing, consultant contracts and management of sub consultants.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
3+ years of engineering or project management experience.
Experience with government and higher education clients considered a plus.
Experience in all phases of design and construction administration considered a plus.
Experience with managing multi discipline projects.
Working with sub consultants.
Licensed Engineer or Landscape Architect a plus.
