Accountabilities Summary: The Motz Group’s Marketing Intern will support the marketing team, managing small projects, engaging in larger department initiatives, and assisting with daily operations. This is a part-time position, working up to 16 hours per week. Specific accountabilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to maintain daily operations of marketing team
  • Aid in ongoing marketing initiatives, including prospect engagement and customer relationship efforts
  • Assist department in brand evolution project
  • Help support department’s work flow and organizational needs relative to resources and marketing materials

Key Activities:


  • Assist marketing team with marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Help manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data
  • Support public relations efforts and media research
  • Help brainstorm and implement creative campaigns
  • Engage in efforts centered around customer retention program
  • Build sample boxes and collateral kits
  • Provides copy writing and editing support
  • Helps organize marketing resources such as trade show materials, signage, collateral, and sample boxes
  • Event and tradeshow planning


  • CRM entry and content management
  • Support daily operations of marketing team
  • Assist with general department resource tracking
  • Participate in web research and competitive information gathering

Professional Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
  • Majoring in marketing or other related major
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, independent and resourceful
  • Works well in a team environment
