Responsible for providing day to day services of the
employee health office including:
vaccination administration, tracking and
leader notification of employee compliance, post offer health assessments. Management of employee blood borne pathogen
exposure program and employee injury occurrences. Attend facility specific
committee meetings as assigned.
Promotes Employee health, wellness and safety. Actions are in accordance with the Kentucky
Nurse Practice Act and established hospital and departmental policies,
procedures, and standards. Other duties

Associate Degree in Nursing;
Bachelors preferred (may be in other health/safety related field)
Minimum of 2 years of nursing
experience; 1 years Employee Health experience. Familiar with Worker’s Compensation
laws; experience with OSHA, Joint Commission and OIG.
