The marketing automation administrator is responsible for the management of the marketing automation platform, Eloqua, from a strategic, programmatic and operational perspective. This critical role will oversee the marketing automation platform (Eloqua) infrastructure and will be instrumental in leveraging marketing automation to execute campaigns and capture data across the entire marketing, enrollment and retention cycle.
Desired: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of marketing automation system experience
Minimum: Bachelor's degree with one to three years of marketing automation system experience
This role owns the collection, creation and distribution of best practices and works with marketers to apply marketing automation capabilities within the organization.
Work with marketing leadership to develop coordinated, enterprise-wide marketing automation strategy
Optimize and standardize marketing automation processes
Review existing marketing campaigns across business lines and automate where appropriate, includes forming collaborative relationships with relevant business stakeholders and executives
Manage audiences to optimize engagement through segmentation, size, frequency and other recommendations based in industry best practices
Develop and produce email metrics and campaign ROI, performance and dashboards for management reporting
Perform Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Administration tasks (e.g adding and removing users, etc.)
Evaluate new product releases, add-on applications and supporting trends to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Special Position Requirements:
2-5 years of marketing automation platform experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), Eloqua experience preferred
Proficiency and experience with Sugar CRM or Salesforce.com
Experience creating process diagrams with Visio or other flow diagramming programs
