Job Summary:
As a Sales Support and Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, handling a variety of responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Key duties include:
Responsibilities
- Quote Management: Develop and submit accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring quick turnaround times and precision to prevent delays in the quoting process.
- Booking and Confirmation: Process booking requests once quotes are accepted. Generate booking confirmations and manage bookings within our shipment management system, maintaining accuracy and timely processing.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipment process. Offer timely updates, ensuring that we provide the customer with relevant information before they ask for it, track and trace shipments, and proactively address customer inquiries and issues. Resolve any shipment-related problems with a professional and solution-oriented approach,
Qualification Requirements:
- Strong numerical and rate-handling skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in data entry and management/organization of multiple high-volume inboxes.
- Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Excel
- Comfort with direct customer interactions via phone.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn various operational aspects and adapt to different tasks as needed.
This role demands a can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills, but not required:
- Bilingual
- Familiarity with Freight, Supply Chain, Logistics, Airline Charters

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
