Role:

Newsflare is looking to hire an experienced Lead Generator who's role is to drive a volume of leads into the business, ultimately contributing to revenue from editorial publishers through the adoption of relevant, relatable and compelling user-generated content.

The Lead Generator is a key part of the sales team responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales pod. This individual will have experience of lead generation and outreach. The post requires someone who is highly motivated, a self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.

The candidate is a Hunter. You are numbers based prospector who can leverage assets and case studies to showcase Newsflare’s UGC platform and video.

You are also target driven and self-motivated and can quickly identify and pursue both long and short term revenue opportunities. With excellent communication skills, the right candidate is collaborative, personable and able to sell the benefits of working with Newsflare.

Responsibilities:

  • Developnew business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate buyers within the market.
  • EvangelizeNewsflare in the market, highlighting the benefits of UGC video
  • Followup on leads and be immersed in market news to identify potential prospects.
  • Understand prospects needs to determine how Newsflare’s video will speak to those needs.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the sales pod and Director of Licensing to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within Hubspot CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
