About the Organization:

Agape Inn is an intensive group home serving boys and girls 5-21 years old who have significant physical/medical/developmental limitations as well as histories of complex trauma. Agape Inn, a program of the James F. Farr Academy, Inc., is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education Care. We are seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join our team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating care of group home clients
  • Clinical are management tasks include Individual Service Plan development,record keeping, advocacy, contact with referral sources, parents and school programs, and general program coordination for the child.
  • Overseeing/providing individual
  • Group and family therapy
  • Case management
  • Crisis intervention
  • Treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments
  • Conducting treatment reviews
  • Participating in weekly clinical team meetings
  • identifying resources to address social skill development
  • Providing a positive role model for other staff in work related skills
  • Completing and maintaining complete current records according toAgape Inn, EEC and DCF policies and procedures
  • Maintaining quality standards of employer by modeling appropriate adherence to policies and procedures


  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, plus prior clinical and supervisory experience
  • CANS certification needed within 30 days of hiring
  • An independent clinical license [LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist] or license eligibility is required
  • Clinical experience with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and their families is necessary
  • Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed and Strength Based treatment models, and Applied Behavioral Analysis is preferred
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working as a team member
