Position Summary
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned accounts. Provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of selling truck equipment to dealers, fleets and end user accounts in the designated territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

Build mutually beneficial relationships with commercial fleet owners and operators within the territory you support.
Develop new fleet service and tire sale customers within your territory.
Expand sales and services of existing fleet accounts within the territory.
Share the responsibility for growth of sales and profitability of the Fleet business with the store manager.
Partner with Store Managers to achieve sales and operational objectives for Fleet Sales and Service.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma preferred.
Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience.
Ability to contact and develop new customers by cold calling.
Prior sales experience in automotive parts and/or service.
