Position: Finance Manager

As part of the Leadership team, the finance manager will work directly with the CEO and the Director of Finance in the company’s headquarters. This position will oversee all financial aspects of the business and support the company’s financial strategy and planning. The finance manager will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.

Key Responsibilities:
Drives the financial planning of the company by analyzing performance and risks
Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
Leads the implementation of financial directives, working closely with Director of Finance located in the company’s headquarters
Leads the finance and accounting functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Delivers accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial statements
Partners positively with each department and its leader to drive innovation, excellence and efficiency
Owns all financial compliance and audits
Liaison with bank and external auditors
Budget compliance/monitoring
Negotiates/Administers business insurance policies
Administers lease agreements/renewals, negotiates as necessary
Business tax preparation (B&O)
Additional projects may be assigned by CEO and/or Director of Finance

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years as a Finance manager or similar experience
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (i.e. SAP)
Strong communications skills – written, oral and interpersonal
Self-starter, high energy, driven to work hard and excel; leads by example
Highly organized; detail oriented with big picture vision
Strong analytical skills with a strategic ability
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
Experience with an international matrix organization a plus
Manages confidentiality without exception

Education Required:
4 year degree and/or experience in accounting, finance or relevant field
CPA or other relevant qualification a plus

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications. This position is exempt.
