Responsible for all aspects of Change and Release Management for the enterprise. Accountable for ensuring change policy is documented and updated and that all changes adhere to policy and are compliant with all audit requirements. Drives the daily Change Advisory Board meeting and drives discussion to resolve any potential change conflicts or potential risks to production as a result of the change. Challenges change maker IQ/OQ and BO plans to ensure the change owners understand the full impact of their change, and that the test plans within the change are comprehensive and effective. Accountable for facilitating and annual scheduling of the EITS Application Major releases and EITS Maintenance Windows. Schedules, documents and communicates annual change freeze periods in advance.

Required Qualifications
Extensive ITIL and Change Management specific experience.
ITIL Certification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A customer service orientated person.
24x7 on call availability
Experienced in Lean / Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
Prior management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma and/or Lean certifications.

College degree preferred
