Works forty hours per week between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.; exact hours to be determined by the Medical Records Supervisor. Coordinates and maintains Patient Medical Record functions assuring compliance with Penn Home IT and JCAHO policies and procedures. Tracking and processing necessary documentation for Medical Records and Reimbursement requirements.
High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years medical office experience.
Must have the ability to plan and organize multiple tasks. Initiative and judgment is needed in determining priorities on a daily basis. Must have the ability to assess problems and make appropriate resolutions.
