Manages the daily operation activities to ensure all Critical Inventory Logistics (CIL) and client established contract requirement objectives and expectations are met. Carries out the tactical and strategic task of the operations work force.
Essential Functions
- Leads a diverse work force of direct reports and carry out multiple objectives established by the CIL management team that meet internal and external objectives and requirements effectively and efficiently.

Works closely with other branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient branch operation objectives are being met.

Interprets operation reports and metrics used in assessing effectiveness and efficiencies of the business.

Understands the design of the operational platform, evaluates root cause analysis, and develops corrective measures for operational continuity.

Responsible for the safe and legal handling of regulated materials for all inbound and outbound shipments, including proper separation, palletizing, loading and storage.

Responsible for managing employee relations, team building, training, and the performance review process.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School/GED diploma required.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) years progressive experience in supply chain operations leadership roles and/or warehouse management operations roles with direct personnel management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated experience and understanding of management warehouse operations transportation and handling within a warehouse operation.
Knowledgeable of industry-related issues in transportation, supply chain management and use of technology in logistics.
Knowledge of Critical Inventory Operating Systems and Processes. Ability to manage 10+ direct reports. Knowledgeable of 3PL work rules and HR procedures.
Detailed understanding of financial concepts (budget, forecasting and variance analysis) and associated tools.
Proven track record of successful financial management.
Ability to learn and understand operations processes supported through technology. Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills (including presentations to internal and external groups).
Preferred Qualifications: Previous Fulfillment / 3PL experience strongly preferred. Strongly prefer experience in healthcare critical parts fulfillment, Dangerous Goods fulfillment, and International shipping
