Role Summary:
Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a General Operations Support Specialist in Houston, TX.

Essential Responsibilities:
This position has responsibility for the following functions -

Fleet administration, control and monitoring while providing suggestions to improve usage
Analyze financial reports and records, makes studies or recommendations relative to accounting reserves, assets, depreciations, leases etc
Develop finance reports to control and monitor spending as requested
Tracking of cost reduction initiatives
Develop and implement process controls
Establish and suggest improvements with procedures
Presents reports to reflect the condition of a process
Performs various internal audits, including financial/operational or information systems audits as requested
Handles special projects, as assigned
Reports to the Operation Support Leader
Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Culture Pillars

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in Finance)
Strong computer skills is a must / Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, SAP, HFM (hyperium)
Knowledge of financial audit procedures
