Position Description:
Job Purpose and Scope:
The Loss Prevention Analyst will provide support to the Corporate Security Officer and Regional Fraud Investigators by monitoring fraud detection systems and manual reports to detect and mitigate fraud and operational loss for stakeholders. This job can be located in Ozark, AR, Little Rock, AR, or St. Petersburg, FL.

Essential Job Functions:
Implements the Bank’s Enterprise Fraud Governance Program.
Works with the Operational Risk Management team to understand, evaluate, and properly classify fraud loss events.
Follows fraud investigation policies and procedures.
Works with operations and front line employees to protect customer information and prevent loss.
Accurately documents fraud attempts and loss events in the appropriate system(s)
Provides support to the vendor model risk owner in the process of validating fraud model performance.
Provides reports to management and other interested parties.
Advises management on fraud related incidents and matters of corporate security.
Supports the work of the Corporate Security Officer and handling other duties as assigned.
Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 (one) year of work experience in loss prevention, bank security, audit, and/or Bank Secrecy Act reporting required.
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience required
