-Experienced in choosing, preparing and presenting cold foods such as salads, meats, cheeses, desserts, appetizers, salad dressing etc…

-Ability to show knife skills when cutting, chopping, carving and dicing food items

-Responsible for inventory and prep for the station

-Ability to work in a team oriented environment under considerable stress

-May be required to assist with menu development especially with the use of leftover product

-Must be able to step in when needed in other parts of the kitchen

-Must be in clean uniform everyday (chef shirt, pants and nonslip shoes)

-Responsible for station hygiene and sanitation

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
