Position Summary

The position executes strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, messaging and activation throughout the organization. This role works to support strategic marketing initiatives targeting key consumer and referral segments to improve brand awareness and increase patient volume.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and implement new strategic marketing opportunities while also optimizing existing territory marketing initiatives and campaigns
Plan, develop, and execute regional, local and territory marketing plans
Collaborate with Advertising and Sponsorship placement team to develop an integrated territory strategy
Collaborate with branding, digital and creative services team to deliver on appropriate branding strategy to drive patient volume
Collaborate with clinical operations and sales for B2B and B2C marketing and event activities
Enhance content development and support ongoing development of marketing materials
Develop effective support materials and resources, including presentations to train internal teams on respective campaign plans
Execute marketing efforts to improve the customer experience
Optimize department goals, measure results and provide strategic analysis
Understand and apply industry and competitor knowledge to enhance Athletico’s growth and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or business-related field; or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of marketing/communications/advertising or business experience with demonstrated success, preferably in healthcare-related field
Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft applications, including database applications.

Demonstrated ability to consistently communicate a clear understanding of patients/clients expectations and adapt as appropriate to exceed their needs
Demonstrated ability to focus attention on developing strategies that drive revenue
Demonstrated ability to develop personally and professionally
Proven oral and written communication skills, organizational, and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external business partners
Demonstrated ability to track, measure, and monitor marketing expenditures
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships
Proven ability to monitor cutting-edge advertising, digital, business to business and traditional marketing tactics
Demonstrated skill to exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action

Language Skills

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

Physical Demands:
Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
Some travel required
Some weekend and after business hours work requirements may be required three to six times a year

The noise level in the work environment is usually low
