Location:
We are looking for a passionate and professional RBT interested in 2:30 - 6:30 pm / 7 pm in home sessions Monday through Saturday within Harlem (zip: 10027) for an immediate or prompt start.
Responsibilities:
o Conduct direct implementation of skill and behavior plans developed by BCBA and assist with the plan development when appropriate;
o Collect and record data accurately and efficiently;
o Train new and existing staff members in behavior-analytic strategies;
o Communicate clearly and effectively;
o Abide by the code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians;
o Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients;
o Continue professional development.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification is required;
- Experience in the field of autism and ABA;
- Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum;
- Experience in building trust with patients, families, and other team members working in ABA or in other disciplines.
