Role: Directly support, impact and improve the research efforts and productivity of a team of senior analysts and their Portfolio Manager.

Job Description

· Download and organize research from Bloomberg, websites, Thomson Reuters, or other research portals as directed, collate relevant industry and company research, develop preliminary reports and models and update them periodically

· Update Databases and Spreadsheets to keep information organized and current

· Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, register analysts for industry events/ conferences and handle expenses, vendors and budgets

· Ad hoc tasks Requirements:

· Organized & dependable person with attention to detail

· Can juggle conflicting demands & multi-task without getting frazzled

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter who needs minimal supervision over time and exercises good judgment

· Willing to go the extra mile, including working after hours including nights and weekends to get the job done

· Great work ethic

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot Tables & basic macros in Excel would be a plus

· Knowledge of Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Concur, Egencia would be a plus
