Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for helping people improve their fitness. This role will be instrumental in growing our company, as you will be the primary point of contact for the majority of leads/prospects that are generated by our marketing department. Of course, as with any startup, this individual will wear several hats and must be equally excited about our company growth and mission.
The Role
The workload will be immense, but there are significant opportunities that accompany this demanding role. You will be the primary point of contact for all leads and prospects that our digital marketing team generates, answering questions and pairing them with the appropriate trainer for their fitness journey. The primary objective of this role is increasing the number of new customers each month. Tasks Will Include:
- Call company supplied leads to conversion to clients
- Supplement outside sales team consultations
- Drive online platform sales
- Social media content creation
- Support our Training Director with hiring/staffing trainers
Qualifications
Desired Skills, Ranked by Order of Importance
- Able to Speak Comfortably over the Phone with Potential Clients
- Personal Training or Fitness Background - With a Strong Desire to Help Others
- Willingness to Work Outside of Normal Business Hours in a Startup Environment
- Desire to work for Sales + Commission
