SUMMARY

Assist customer in ensuring their equipment is operating in an efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform any necessary work on customer trucks: PDI’s, warranty work, retrofits, repairs, modifications, etc.
  • Supervise facility service employees and activities, as required
  • Assist customers & other technicians with troubleshooting
  • Complete necessary reporting as assigned
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
    • 5 plus years of related experience
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Previous experience in a service related role
    • Ability to travel
    • Operation & Repair of all systems used in McNeilus Vehicles
    • Component training
    • Factory training
