We are looking for competitive, resilient, energetic, go-getters with fantastic communication skills to become the next executive sales representative for one of our top clients. In this role you will meet and exceed established performance and profitability targets while continuously improving overall customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding the existing customer base, identifying and developing new business.


  • Demonstrates strong commitment to excellence, persistence and overcoming obstacles
  • Develops strategies to maximize market potential, take advantage of promotions, new product introductions, competitor weaknesses, and customer receptivity for new technology applications
  • Proactively works with Sales Manager in the establishment of strategies on target accounts
  • Utilizes established challenger sales strategies and techniques
  • Accountable for understanding sales goals and delivering desired results
  • Develops strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Seeks opportunities for market penetrations
  • Learns features, advantages, and benefits of Company solutions and the applications of these in a customer's business

Skills, Specialized Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Highly motivated, readily adapts to changing priorities, effectively manages own time, sets priorities to ensure deliverables projects are prioritized and completed on time
  • Strong presentation and sales skills along with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to react quickly to understand, analyze and solve complex problems
  • Ability to read, understand and follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors and employees within the company required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $32,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
