- Provide professional hair care services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, color theory, and hair care products
