Bright Health operates health insurance offerings across Individual and Family Plan segments and the Medicare Advantage space in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Ohio, New York and Tennessee.

The Bright Health Business Distribution team is a critical component of Bright’s continual success as it drives the overall membership enrollment process and strategy. The Sales Intelligence Analyst will work with our analytics and sales teams to collect, analyze, and report data to generate revenue. They are the primary person in charge of maintaining the database for our sales tools. This role is well suited for an analytical and detailed professional looking to get into a career in Sales Operations.

Analyze business needs and sales objectives to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific functional needs.
Works with other Bright Department including IT, Engineering and the Analytics team to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Translates business requirements to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design.
Acts as liaison with Bright sales leadership, managers and sales reps to address questions/issues and develop fixes.
Tests and documents solutions.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required
Three to five (3-5) years of related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and advanced knowledge of Excel
Some experience with writing and understanding SQL and Object Based Programming.
Has the knowledge and experience to complete assignments independently.
Effective communication skills are a must.
State Health Insurance license preferred, but not required
