As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Sector (BITS) and a Senior Technical Architect, the candidate will work with a Department of Defense (DoD) Agency. Serves as Solution Technical Cloud Architect, directing resources with architectural and software engineering expertise in the planning, design, delivery and validation of Oracle EBS ERP technical upgrades and cloud migration.
Provide high-level architectural guidance, technical innovation, and analytical expertise to teams across
Evolve DoD Program’s vision by delivering a rigorous approach to DoD IT Cloud modernization and transformations across the program
Develop the strategy and architecture to Migrate the Portfolio of application to the Cloud (OCI)
Manages team that will perform Oracle EBS technical upgrades and cloud migration (e.g., business case, ROI, roadmap)
Senior leader responsible for working with client and CACI leadership on program delivery
Identifies, plans, consults or leads on similar future projects within CACI’s Business and Information Technology Sector (BITS)
Responsible for technical activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and software projects
Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns
Analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving schedule, technologies, methodologies, tools and solution components
Manage and define Technical Build & Deployment Requirements.
Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments, Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
Manages a team with a focus on policy, implementation of strategic initiatives and execution of day to day deliverables.
Establishes team objectives, operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job function or completion of a project.

Experience developing Oracle EBS solutions for DoD/Federal Financial, Budget and Time & Labor applications
Experience with DoD/DISA Cloud Access Point (CAP)
Experience managing teams of technical and functional consultants – including identifying needs, recruiting, selecting and retaining talent
Deep understanding of requirements analysis, design and system architecture of Oracle EBS and RICEFW development/integration.
Experience leading ERP migration to cloud environments
Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle database, Oracle middleware, Business Process Management (BPM), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Business Intelligence, and DoD/Federal Financial business processes
10+ years of IT and IT Management experience related to the role
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Experience acceptable in lieu of degree
Strong software development background with least five (5) years of IT experience related to the role
Experience in systems development, systems integration, application design and/or legacy
Experience in .NET, Java, Web Services, Microservices & client/server architecture
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities
Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment
Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
Current Clearance or ability to attain a NACLC Security Clearance
Nice to have skills:
Experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) as well as DevSecOps processes and tools
Experience with implementing or migrating to a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environment
Previous experience as an Enterprise-level architect
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and ingenious, exhibiting creativity, and resourcefulness
