Well Established Chiropractic Center is searching for our next Office Manager. We are looking for someone that has great confidence and communication skills. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day efficient operations and overall growth of the practice. This exceptional individual will manage 2 doctors and 3 massage therapist's.

Duties include:

  • Welcoming patients, whether in-person or over the phone
  • Scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, filing, checking patients in and out
  • Insurance verification
  • Ordering supplies
  • Light Cleaning
  • Marketing/Public relations
  • Creating, putting in writing and implementing office policies
  • Creating and managing staff roles and hiring new staff as needed.
  • Building upon procedures for dealing with patients
  • Assisting doctors with paperwork and office flow
  • Working with light collections issues
  • Acting as liaison with insurance companies and attorneys.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Setting up and running regular staff meetings

Hours Required:

  • Mondays: 8:30-3:00 PM
  • Tuesdays: 8:00 - 3:00 PM
  • Wednesdays 10:00-3:00 PM
  • Thursdays 10:30-7:30 PM
  • Fridays: 8:00-2:30 PM

This is an hourly position which will generally require 34-36 hours per week.

We are seeking someone with long-term potential who has at least 2+ years of office management experience.Successful candidates will have excellent communication, organization, time management and computer skills with excellent attention to detail as well as a cheerful, helpful and caring disposition.

Salary will be based on experience and bonus structure will also be put into place.

Required experience:

  • Office Management: 2 years
