Who keeps the Dell organization robust and resilient? It’s our team of HR Business Partners who consult with executive leaders on organization design and development in line with our overall business strategy. We work in partnership with business units and divisions to identify and address the root causes of human resource issues and ensure compliance with corporate policy.
This role will lead a team of Human Resources Business Consultants in the support of Dell Technologies' Data Protection Division (DPD) a function within the larger Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) that is focused on helping customers grow their businesses through modern IT infrastructure including integrated and cost effective data protection solutions. This role will partner directly with the President of Data Protection to plan and execute an end-to-end talent management strategy.
10+ years with multiple experiences in the HR function
Global experience supporting broadly distributed workforce
Experience implementing human capital and change strategies that enable business objectives
Comfortable working with and providing consult to senior level executives
Able to create and progress future-focused end-to-end talent management plans
Previous experience in large-scale technology company
