HOURS: BETWEEN 7 am and 5 pm: 30 Hours/Week: Prefer a 9 am to 2 pm shift but have flexibility here.

We have an exciting new part-time opportunity for an entry-level HR Administrator to join our team. The candidate will provide administrative support to the Corporate Human Resources

Department to include:

Applicant sourcing
Assist Recruiter with Interview Process
Checks personnel-related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintains files and records of a confidential nature; including I-9 files.
Enter employee data (new hires, changes, terminations, etc.) in HR systems with accuracy
Prepare various monthly metrics reports
Provide assistance with unemployment claims and employment verification requests.
Benefits administration; inquiries, enrollments
Assist in the administration of Leave of Absence documents and information to employees, including but not limited to FMLA..
Prepare documents for data entry of employee changes, terminations, etc.
Assist in coordinating exit process for terminating employees; conducting exit interviews.
Manage job description formatting.
Assist in a variety of HR duties and projects.
Maintains and processes confidential information.

Qualifications:

1 year of Administrative Experience Required in an Office Setting
0-2 years of experience in a Human Resources Department environment
Strong typing/keyboarding skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Open to new ideas and willing to suggest improvements
Open to feedback and coaching
Experience working in diverse environments

Pay Based on Experience. Hourly Position $13/hr to $15/hr.

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
