Below is additional information. Once your resume is received we will provide additional information before a formal interview is conducted by Dr. Joanna Faulk (Senior Executive Vice President - Human Resources).
Our network of professionals are focused on delivering highly effective, research-based staff development training to educators.
Our educational roots run deep. Components of our program were initially developed with the help and guidance of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden, both from UCLA.
You will train other teachers using our copyrighted and highly successful evidence-based program.
WHO WE TRAIN
You will work with America's best teachers.
We bring quality and excellence to classroom teachers across the country.
We train educators using our materials, in Pre-K through 12th grade schools nationwide (public, private and charter schools).
A smaller number of our trainers / consultants train at colleges, boys and girls clubs, military (DOD) schools, as well as at churches and private and Christian schools.
WHERE WE TRAIN
You will determine whether you want to work in your local area, within your state, regional area, or nationally and travel to work in other states.
You will decide where you want to work!
Work full-time, part-time (even VERY part-time). As an independent consultant you can be flexible!
You will decide how often you want to work.
80% of our trainers still work full-time in the classroom or in a campus/central office. The majority of trainers with us supplement their present income (however, several have replaced it!).
We recognize it is difficult to keep high quality teachers in the classroom working closely with students - it is NOT our intention to lure you (or any educator) from the classroom.
We are honored when educators decide to train others using our content on their off-duty days (or when they can arrange time off).
WE WANT YOU! Help us make a difference in schools nationwide.
Educators are busy people, so let us get directly to the point.
Our compensation is unmatched!
This is a contract assignment (full-time/part-time). Our trainers earn an average of $1000 to $3500 per training day (many times much more).
Each consultant serves as an independent contractor which allows for unlimited flexibility and earning potential.
You can do this on the side (while keeping your present position) or select to move into full-time.

WILL YOU QUALIFY
