WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support the Associates and Senior Associates with credentialing and verifications by adhering to internal processes in order to meet requirements of federal and state regulatory and commercial insurance agencies. Audits accuracy of data entry in the credentialing database and provides feedback to appropriate internal and external customers.
Credential and re-credential Aeroflow organizations according to applicable specifications
Maintain and update credentialing database
Assist with coordinating credentialing committee
Process, track and file credentialing applications within established standards
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding credentialing status
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision
Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with any team internally or externally
Ability to think creatively, critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, work environment
Appetite to actively learn and immediately apply learnings to make decisions and change behaviors
Candidates must reside in NC, SC, or GA
