City Furniture is currently seeking an Art Director to join our Creative Marketing team and drive the creation of marketing and campaign assets through in-store, print media, digital media, website and editorial. This position will facilitate the creative strategy behind incoming projects and provide accurate direction to the creative team to fulfill. The Art Director will lead a team of Graphic Designers across multiple skill sets and act as a liaison with other managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.

Manages and develops a creative team consisting of an Art Director, Photographer, and Graphic Designers.
Conducts weekly production meetings with team members to ensure a cohesive visual brand statement across all three media channels.
Provides industry-leading creative solutions for brand merchandising and marketing.
Works closely with the Sr. Vice President of Marketing on strategic plans and creative executions.
Oversees and executes projects from concept through delivery.
Follows deadlines and production schedules and maintains projects within budget.
Leads presentations and meetings when presenting creative concepts and work.

Job Requirements
Education – Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience – 5 years+ in Creative/Marketing/Communications

Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list the industry standard knowledge and skills that are required for this position:

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Bridge, After Effects, etc.) and best practices
Sketch (or comparable prototyping software) and InVision knowledge
Raw Image Processes, Creative Image Editing and best practices while working with digital image assets
